Job Description:

1. Independently handle large implementation projects focusing on Production Planning & Quality Management processes.
2. Lead assigned teams, adding value to projects and final deliverables.
3. Participate in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
4. Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
5. Define project scope, estimate efforts, and project timelines.
6. Deliver billable components that meet customer needs.
7. Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech).
8. SAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM) desirable.
9. Minimum 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
10. Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Modules.
11. Good integration knowledge with other components in SAP S/4HANA (HCM / SuccessFactors).
12. Experience with Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios.
13. Experience with Sales and Operational Planning, Long-term Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Demand Management, capacity evaluation, and production execution processes.
14. Strong understanding of all Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to Stock/Engineer to Order).
15. Experience with Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Improvement processes.
16. Knowledge of Sample Management, Stability Study, Dynamic Modification of Inspection Scope, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
17. Strong client-facing experience and customer focus.
