Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks an SAP QM Consultant with 10+ years of relevant experience to lead quality management processes in ECC and S/4HANA. You will configure QM, ensure seamless integration with PP, MM, SD and FI, manage master data and quality notifications, and mentor junior team members while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

You'll drive end-to-end QM cycles, manage batches, inspections, certificates, and master data, and work with development teams on

Should have strong experience as functional consultant in SAP QM in ECC & S4 Hana.

Should have a good experience in Configuration of Quality Management module nd strong Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like PP, MM, SD and FI. Should have strong knowledge in Incoming/Outgoing Certificates, Quality Notifications, Multiple Specification, Different Inspection types used in QM, Inspection Planning and processing, Batch management, Master data, Error Handling within QM area.

Good understanding of SAP technical knowledge around tables, structures and function modules. Good knowledge about SAP Master data information related to various attributes/fields within each departmental views.

Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team. Mentor and guide junior team members. Strong client handling and communication.

Strong cross functional leadership by bringing people together to gather relevant business requirements with the ability to look at the end-to-end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture OR SAP ECC

Facilitate enhancement and support on SAP ECC and S/4 Hana Quality Management (entire QM Cycle) Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps

Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.
