The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP QM solutions while collaborating with business teams to ensure quality compliance across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and support
- Expertise in Quality Planning and Quality Inspection processes
- Hands-on experience with Inspection Types (01, 03, 04, 08, 09, 10, 12)
- Strong knowledge of Inspection Lots, Inspection Plans, and Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs)
- Experience in Quality Notifications and corrective/preventive action processes
- Hands-on experience with Sampling Procedures and Usage Decisions
- Experience in Certificate of Analysis (COA) configuration and management
- Strong knowledge of Batch Management and batch-related quality processes
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SAP PP / PP-PI, SAP EWM, and SAP SD
- Experience in inbound, in-process, and outbound quality inspection scenarios
- Hands-on experience in defect recording, non-conformance management, and quality reporting
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects
- Knowledge of quality processes in manufacturing, process industries, and supply chain environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
