Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites SAP PPQM Consultants for face-to-face interviews in Pune. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and strong skills in SAP PP/QM, S/4HANA/ECC, and manufacturing domain knowledge.

Relevant expertise in discrete and PP-PI processes, Kanban, and master data mapping is required. Excellent analytical abilities and project experience in implementation or support roles are expected; interviews are scheduled on 19th September 2026 at TCS offices in

Qualifications

• Good relevant experience in SAP PP/QM in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in SAP PP/ QM implementations and support projects.
• Knowledge of discrete, repetitive, PP-PI & Kanban processes in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP/QM modules in SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Map manufacturing processes to SAP, including BOM, routings, and work centers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production planning and quality management.

Job Description:

• Good relevant experience in SAP PP/ QM and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC with good analytical skills along with domain experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. [Manufacturing process knowledge & Experience with - Discrete, Repetitive, PP-PI & KANBAN]
• Rich experience in a setup where discrete manufacturing processes are mapped into SAP system
• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centres / Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups
• Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.
• Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
