Job summary

Vrinda International seeks an experienced SAP PS Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Project Systems within IT Services. This role ensures integration with MM, FI/CO, and SD, driving project planning, execution, and reporting for client projects.

You will design WBS structures, networks, milestones, and billing processes, manage milestone billing, support cash flow projections, and guide the full SAP PS lifecycle from design to go-live and post-implementation

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of IT services experience focusing on SAP Project Systems.
• Deep expertise in SAP PS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience configuring WBS, networks, milestones, scheduling.
• Experience with cross-module integrations MM, FI/CO, SD.
• Experience with result analysis, quotations, MRP, cash flow, milestone billing.
• Compensation up to ₹24 LPA.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of project systems within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of SAP Project System (PS) configurations, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution modules. The successful candidate will drive project planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating directly with clients to resolve complex issues and deliver high-value solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure comprehensive project structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, and milestones to support precise scheduling and control.
• Oversee result analysis processes and manage milestone-based billing to ensure accurate financial tracking and revenue recognition.
• Facilitate end-to-end integration between SAP PS and related modules such as MM, FI/CO, and SD to streamline data flow and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage project quotations, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and cash flow projections to support strategic financial planning.
• Lead client engagements, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure timely closure of project-related issues.
• Guide teams through the complete SAP PS lifecycle, from initial design and testing to go-live support and post-implementation optimization.

• Proven professional experience of 5 to 7 years specifically within the IT Services industry, focusing on SAP Project Systems.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP PS, including advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and utilizing WBS elements, network activities, milestones, and scheduling functions.
• Strong command over Result Analysis, Project Quotations, MRP logic, cash flow management, and milestone billing mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of cross-module integrations, particularly with SAP MM, FI/CO, and SD.
• Ability to navigate the entire SAP PS lifecycle and effectively manage client interactions to drive issue resolution and project success.
• Compensation package ranging up to ₹24 LPA, commensurate with the required skill set and experience level.
