Job summary

NKT Operations in Chennai is seeking an experienced SAP PS consultant to lead implementation and support, configure WBS, budgeting, settlement, and results analysis, and enable integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HR/CATS. You will prepare documentation and train users while developing robust project reporting with embedded analytics in collaboration with our Datasphere/MS Fabric team.

Requirements include 8+ years in SAP PS, S/4HANA with Universal Journal and Fiori, strong cross-module

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP PS implementation and support experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA including Universal Journal and Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP PS configuration (WBS, budgeting, settlement, results analysis).
• Experience with cross-module integration (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, CATS, IM) and related finance topics.

• Analyse business requirements and configure SAP PS solutions.

• Enable integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HR/CATS modules; support testing and issue resolution.

• Assist with analysis and verification of PS postings to identify root causes of deviations.

Role & responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and configure SAP PS solutions
• Configure WBS, networks, milestones, budgeting, result analysis methods and settlement
• Enable integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HR/CATS modules Support testing, problem-solving, and issue resolution
• Prepare documentation and provide user training
• Set up a reliable and robust project reporting suitable for both management and project teams to track and visualize project progress, results, and variances using embedded analytics or in close collaboration with our data & AI team in Datasphere / MS Fabric.
• Assist with the analysis and verification of project results and postings coming from the PS result analysis method to identify the root cause of deviations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Universal Journal and Fiori
• Knowledge of SAP PS configuration (WBS, budgeting, settlement, results analysis)
• Experience with cross-module integration (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, CATS, IM)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or a related field
