HR Central in Bengaluru (Devanahalli) is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager/PMO to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout and support projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality and budget. The role requires 8+ years in SAP project management, with at least 3 full SAP implementations, and hands-on governance, risk, budget and resource planning across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and HCM.

Work from office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP project management or PMO.
• At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in budget control and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP programs across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and HCM.
• Own project plans, governance, risks, budgets and resource planning.
• Lead steering committees and report to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.

• Bachelors or masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
