Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead S4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout and support programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while aligning with business goals. You will drive cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders and governance bodies, and oversee risk, resource planning and go-live activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile/Hybrid delivery, and strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong risk and issue management skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end SAP projects including S4HANA implementations migrations rollouts and enhancements
• Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets and resources
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Monitor project progress risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans
• Manage SAP functional technical integration and testing teams
• Conduct project status reviews steering committee meetings and executive reporting
• Oversee SIT UAT cutover go live and hyper care activities
• Ensure compliance with project governance quality standards and organizational processes
• Drive stakeholder communication and change management initiatives
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely resolution of issues
