Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of successful project delivery, managing large, diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale SAP projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and internal/external resources.
• Define project governance, quality assurance, and communication strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress to executive leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, and ASAP/Activate methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
