Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP MM/P2P functional support experience in AMS or implementation environments.

• Experience with PR/PO/Invoice processing and 3-Way Matching.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA MM preferred.
• Indirect procurement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Coupa/OpenText VIM is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow/Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• SAP MM & P2P Support: Provide L1/L2 functional support and troubleshoot issues across PRs, POs, goods receipts, invoices, and 3-way matching.
• Incident & Problem Management: Resolve tickets within SLAs and perform root-cause analysis.
• Master Data & Integration: Support procurement master data activities and troubleshoot integration with Coupa, OpenText VIM, and other systems.
• Configuration & Change Support: Assist with basic SAP MM configuration and follow change-control processes.
• Testing & Documentation: Execute tests, prepare test assets, and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Global Delivery: Collaborate in an offshore/global delivery model and participate in standups and reviews.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Functional Analyst to support Indirect Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and SAP Materials Management improvements across SAP S/4HANA MM and integrated procurement/invoicing platforms such as Coupa and OpenText VIM.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP MM/P2P knowledge, production support experience, troubleshooting skills, and exposure to testing, documentation, and basic configuration.

Key Responsibilities

SAP MM & P2P Support

• Provide L1/L2 functional support for SAP MM and Indirect Procurement.
• Troubleshoot PRs, POs, release strategies, goods receipts, invoices, and 3-way matching issues.
• Support P2P processes across Services, Facilities, IT, CAPEX, OPEX, and AP.
• Resolve procurement exceptions while ensuring process compliance.

Incident & Problem Management

• Resolve tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and elevate complex issues when required.
• Maintain ticket updates and status reporting using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.

Master Data & Integration

• Support procurement master data activities with the MDM team, including Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, Purchasing Groups, Purchasing Organizations, Account Assignment, and relevant material/vendor data.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP MM, FI/AP, Vendor Master, Coupa, OpenText VIM, and other procurement systems.

Configuration & Change Support

• Assist senior consultants with basic SAP MM configuration, including:
• Document types
• Release strategies
• Output/messages
• Tolerance keys
• Follow established change-control and governance processes.

Testing & Documentation

• Execute unit, regression, and UAT testing for enhancements and fixes.
• Prepare test scripts, test data, defect reports, and retesting evidence.
• Maintain process flows, how-to guides, FAQs, configuration notes, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support end-user training and knowledge-transfer activities.

Global Delivery

• Work effectively in an offshore/global delivery model with required onshore overlap.
• Participate in standups, status meetings, incident reviews, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, MDM, and IT teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP MM/P2P functional support experience in implementation or AMS environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
• Approval/Release Strategies
• Goods Receipt
• Invoice Processing & 3-Way Matching
• Account Assignment
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA MM.
• Experience with indirect procurement is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Coupa and/or OpenText VIM is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
