Job summary

LTM in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu seeks an SAP Procurement professional with 1–4 years hands-on experience to manage inland and import procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier verifications. The role involves configuring S/4HANA modules and collaborating across business and IT teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions.

The candidate will participate in migrations, blueprinting, testing, and cutover activities while ensuring compliance with GST and taxation practices within

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to SAP procurement activities.
• Experience with Inland and Import procurement cycles.
• Knowledge of subcontracting, stock transport orders, consignment, 3rd party procurement.
• Direct and indirect procurement knowledge.
• Inventory Management and physical counts experience.
• Supplier invoice verifications and taxation knowledge.
• Ability to gather and analyze P2P requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules including Purchasing and Inventory Management.
• Design and implement procurement solutions using standard S/4HANA features.
• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles, upgrades and enhancements.
• Prepare functional specs for custom developments and integrations.
• Support UAT, cutover activities and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide data migration experience with legacy systems.

Project Delivery Responsibilities

Participate in endtoend implementation cycles upgrades and enhancement projects

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations

Support UAT functional testing and cutover activities

Provide Level 23 application support issue resolution and improvement recommendations

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders procurement teams and technical developers

Collaborate with integration teams for touchpoints with FI MM SD Warehouse or external applications

Documentation Training

Develop configuration documents test scripts process flow diagrams and training materials

Conduct knowledgetransfer sessions for business users

Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering blueprinting documentation designs Provide alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality
