Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Bengaluru is seeking a Presales Solution Architect with over 12 years of SAP Finance consulting experience. This role involves leading pre-sales activities, conducting system demos, and engaging with clients on SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification and substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA. The position offers competitive compensation and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Core qualification in the Finance domain with CA or an alternate professional accreditation.
• Substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA Solutions with at least 5 years in the Presales function.
• Proven skills to translate Customer Business requirements into SAP Business Suite and S/4HANA based solutions.
• Expertise in core S/4HANA Finance modules, Bank and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, including RFP technical evaluation and solutioning.
• Engage in technical discussions with the client and provide POVs.
• Provide system demos on Finance functionalities.
• Work with other SMEs for solutioning, scoping, and effort estimation.
• Engage with the Delivery Team during the Project Explore phase.

We are seeking a Presales Solution Architect- FICO for our growing team in India.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, including RFP technical evaluation, solutioning, proposal response, and proposal defence activities, with a focus on SAP Business Suite Finance functions
• Engage in technical discussions with the client, provide POVs, and drive presales engagement to closure
• Provide system demos on Finance functionalities, leading to the successful project award receipt
• Work with other SMEs in cross-functional modules, providing RFP engagement specific solutioning, scoping, and effort estimation
• Engage with the Delivery Team during the Project Explore phase for successfully awarded projects, ensuring appropriate solutioning and Business Process Design sign-off
• Aid in competency initiatives, e.g., Solution accelerators, demos, POV build, RFP proposal standardization materials, and estimate template build.

Your Experience And Skills

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
• Core qualification in the Finance domain with CA or an alternate professional accreditation
• Substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA Solutions with at least 5 years in the Presales function
• Proven skills to translate Customer Business requirements into SAP Business Suite and S/4HANA based solutions
• Expertise in core S/4HANA Finance modules, Bank and Cash Management
• Preferred experience in additional modules of S/4HANA Receivables Management (FSCM), SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM)
• In-depth understanding of at least two industries (E.g., Pharma and Life-sciences, Retail, CPG, Industrial Machinery and Components, Services, etc.)
• Knowledge of country-specific Finance localizations (E.g,. E-invoicing, Tax compliance) and appropriate solutions
