Job summary

Synapse XTL in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP PP Solution Architect/Sr. Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP implementations for manufacturing.

You will drive workshops, Fit-Gap analyses, solution design, testing and implementation, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions. The role requires 15–20+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PP/S/4HANA manufacturing expertise, plus leadership and governance skills for global rollout

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong SAP PP & S/4HANA Manufacturing expertise.
• 3+ end-to-end SAP implementations/transformations.
• Expertise in MRP/MRP Live, Production Planning, Capacity Planning & Scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of BOM, Routing, Work Centres & Production Orders.
• Integration expertise across MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM/WM & FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP PP/DS, ATP/aATP & MES integrations is a plus.
• S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield & Global Rollout experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management & solution governance skills.
• SAP Activate experience; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You’ll lead business workshops, Fit-Gap, solution architecture, process design, testing and implementation, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Lead end-to-end SAP solutions and ensure successful delivery from design to go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP PP with business objectives and global rollout strategies.
