Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services invites a senior SAP PP Solution Architect to Bengaluru for a hybrid role. You will lead multi-project SAP PP, S/4HANA Manufacturing and MRP/Live planning initiatives, driving architecture, workshops, fit-gap analyses and strategy across PP, MM, SD, QM, PM and EWM/WM integrations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate 15-20+ years of SAP experience, strong stakeholder leadership, and experience with greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA deployments, global rollouts, and SAP Activate

Qualifications

• SAP PP Solution Architect with 15-20+ years of SAP experience based in Bengaluru.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, S/4HANA Manufacturing, Production Planning and MRP/MRP Live.
• Proven experience in 3+ end-to-end SAP implementation/transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP ATP/aATP, PP/DS and manufacturing system/MES integrations preferred.
• Lead solution architecture, workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, process design and functional strategy.
• S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations, global rollouts and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, solution governance and senior-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP solution architecture and drive business workshops and fit-gap analyses.
• Design and oversee end-to-end SAP PP/PP-DS solutions across PP/MM/SD/QM/PM/EWM-WM integrations.
• Guide global rollouts and Brownfield/Greenfield implementation programs using SAP Activate.

Required Skills:

• SAP PP Solution Architect with 1520+ years of overall SAP experience, based in Bengaluru.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, S/4HANA Manufacturing, Production Planning and MRP/MRP Live.
• Proven experience in 3+ end-to-end SAP implementation/transformation projects.
• Expertise in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Scheduling, BOM, Routing and Work Centers.
• Strong integration knowledge across PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM/WM and FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP ATP/aATP, PP/DS and manufacturing system/MES integrations is preferred.
• Lead solution architecture, business workshops, Fit-Gap, process design and functional strategy.
• Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations, global rollouts and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, solution governance and senior-level communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA/PP certification, manufacturing domain experience and presales/solutioning exposure are highly desirable.
