Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced SAP PP lead for the Bangalore location. The role requires deep expertise in SAP PP, FIORI interface, and multiple full-cycle implementations across MTO and MTS environments.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, integrate with MM/WM/SD/FICO, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and reporting. Strong analytical and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on SAP PP experience including FIORI interface
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP implementations
• Proven ability to configure MTO and MTS strategies
• Experience in production planning for manufacturing/assembly processes
• Quality planning, inspection, audits, and control in manufacturing environments
• Stay updated with SAP innovations and best practices

we are looking for SAP PP for Only Bangalore location.

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Configure SAP PP processes for MTO & MTS scenarios
• Integrate SAP PP processes with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, FICO etc.) and other non-sap systems.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system optimization and propose solutions to improve efficiency, streamline production processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. Optimize the SAP PP system to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to production plants by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and implementing necessary enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module, including FIORI interface and customization.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP implementations.
• Should have worked on MTO and MTS strategies.
• Working experience in configuring production and planning for manufacturing / assembly processes.
• Working experience in configuring quality planning, inspection, notifications, audits, and control for manufacturing / assembly processes.
• Strong understanding of quality processes in manufacturing and supply chain environments
