Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP PP lead consultant in India for a Support and Roll-out project. You will interact with business end users, work in an onshore-offshore model, and ensure SLA compliance.

The role covers PP configuration, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Production Execution, and managing PP master data, with Fiori apps experience and cross-functional collaboration (PP/MM/SD/CO/PM/QM).

Qualifications

• At least one SAP-PP implementation project experience.
• Experience in AMS/Support and Roll-out projects.
• Experience interacting with business end users.
• Experience working in onshore-offshore model.
• Awareness of SLA requirements and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Configure new Plant in PP and system setups.
• Configure Capacity Planning, Scheduling, MRP, and Production Execution.
• Manage PP master data (Material, Work Center, Routing, BOM).
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Integrate SAP with 3rd party applications.
• Handle CRs in support projects (design, configure, test, deploy).
• Work with Fiori apps in PP module.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user trainings.
• Coordinate with data migration team for master data changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PP, MM, SD, CO, PM, QM.

Job Description for SAP-PP lead consultant for Support and Roll-out project

General:

• Candidate should have at least one implementation project experience in SAP-PP.
• Should have worked in at least one AMS/Support and Roll out project
• Experience of interacting with business end users
• Experience of working in onshore-offshore working model
• Handle normal changes, emergency changes and incidents in AMS project
• Should be ready to work in shifts on need basis
• Flexible and accountable
• Should be aware of SLA requirements and should comply with them

Technical:

• Should have experience of configuration of new Plant
• System configuration for Capacity Planning, Scheduling, MRP, and Production Execution
• Various types of master data in PP (Material master, Work Center, Routing, BOM etc.)
• Identify the gaps and suggest process improvements to the business
• Experience of SAP integration with 3rd party applications
• Should have experience of working in CRs in support project (effort estimation, design, configure, test and deploy)
• Should have working experience in Fiori apps
• Prepare training materials, conduct end user trainings in PP module
• Coordinate with data migration team for uploading / changing the master data
• To be able to work in cross-function team effectively (PP, MM, SD, CO, PM, QM)
