Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM, well‑versed in S4 HANA/ECC.
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects with in‑depth knowledge of:
• Master Data – Bill of materials, Work centers, Routings, Production versions, Inspection plans, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups.
• Material Requirement Planning – Configuration and integration with Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition.
• Production Order Execution – Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.
• Quality Management – Quality in Procurement, Production, In‑process inspection, Calibration and Sales.
• Writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with ABAP team, testing new functionalities.
• Experience in SAP PP‑QM integration with third‑party tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team across all project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design, and deployment.
• Explore and evaluate alternate solutions, including research, literature surveys, vendor evaluation, and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs, define future processes, and produce detailed functional designs.
• Support configuration of solution requirements on the product, identify issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions to customers.
• Develop value‑creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, grow and increase profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of software configuration management systems and keep abreast of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Apply logical thinking, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
• Own client interfacing and contribute to project and team management.
