Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead to drive production planning solutions for manufacturing clients. You will design, configure and optimize SAP PP processes, aligning with business requirements and integrating with MM, SD and QM modules.

You will lead end-to-end SAP ECC implementations, rollout, migration and support, mentoring teams, managing risks and driving continuous process improvements. This role offers opportunities to shape technology-led transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP consulting experience with SAP PP and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on SAP PP configuration, MRP planning, BOMs, routings, work centers and capacity planning.
• End-to-end SAP ECC implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP implementations, rollouts, enhancements and support projects.
• Design, configure and optimize SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control and Batch Management.
• Collaborate with business and SAP teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage project delivery.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, workshops, testing, cutover planning and post-go-live activities.

Your Role

• Lead SAP PP (Production Planning) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business manufacturing requirements.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Batch Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, risk management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and manufacturing business processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, MRP planning, production execution, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP ECC implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, QM, PM, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing client relationships, leading consulting teams, driving solution architecture, and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
