Job summary

Koch seeks an SAP PP(IBP) Analyst to design, implement and support SAP solutions for production planning, manufacturing execution and integrated business planning. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex supply-chain requirements into scalable solutions as part of the Koch Capability Center.

You will join a global SCM technology team and collaborate across functional and technical partners to deliver SAP solutions for the Georgia-Pacific Building Products

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring or supporting SAP Production Planning and Integrated Business Planning solutions.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including production planning, inventory management and manufacturing-related processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Production Planning with related SAP capabilities, such as Materials Management, Finance and Controlling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP PP/IBP solutions to improve manufacturing and supply-chain processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Configure master data, MRP, demand planning, capacity planning and production-order management.
• Enable integration between SAP PP and IBP and related capabilities (MM, FiCo, EWM, MES).
• Develop functional specs and coordinate with technical resources for WRICEF objects.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests; support user acceptance and deployment.
• Address production issues via root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and fit-to-standard discussions with business SMEs and technology partners.
• Create documentation and training to enable users and support teams.

Job description

As a SAP PP(IBP) Analyst at Koch, you will design, implement and support SAP solutions that strengthen production planning, manufacturing execution and integrated business planning. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex supply-chain requirements into scalable solutions, improve existing capabilities and support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Our Team

You will join the global Supply Chain Management technology team at Koch Capability Center and collaborate with functional and technical partners across Koch. This role is aligned with the Georgia-Pacific Building Products business and will contribute to the development and support of innovative SAP solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver SAP Production Planning and Integrated Business Planning solutions that improve manufacturing and supply-chain processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
• Configure and enhance SAP capabilities across master data, material requirements planning, demand planning, capacity planning and production-order management
• Configure and enhance SAP capabilities across master data, material requirements planning, demand planning, capacity planning and production-order management
• Enable effective integration between SAP PP and IBP and related capabilities, including Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, Extended Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, and manufacturing execution systems
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical resources to deliver enhancements, integrations and WRICEF objects
• Develop and execute unit and integration testing, coordinate user acceptance testing and support successful solution deployment
• Resolve production issues through root-cause and impact analysis while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Facilitate workshops, fit-to-standard discussions and solution reviews with business subject-matter experts and technology partners
• Develop solution documentation, share knowledge and provide training that enables users and support teams to adopt new capabilities effectively

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience implementing, configuring or supporting SAP Production Planning and Integrated Business Planning solutions
• Experience working with discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing business processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including production planning, inventory management and manufacturing-related processes
• Experience integrating SAP Production Planning with one or more related SAP capabilities, such as Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, Extended

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience leading or contributing to full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrade programmes
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Activate methodology
• Experience integrating SAP with manufacturing execution systems
• Experience creating functional specifications for WRICEF objects and reviewing associated technical designs
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops, gap assessments and fit-to-standard sessions
• Experience providing post-go-live support, delivering end-user training or mentoring SAP consultants
