Job summary

Koch is seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst with SAP Finance expertise to support global enterprise finance solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance (CFIN).

You will partner with Finance leaders, AMS, Enterprise Architecture, and technology delivery teams to drive finance transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement across a complex SAP landscape, delivering scalable solutions and real business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, banking and related CO modules.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, testing, and production support.
• Experience coordinating with SAP and non-SAP teams in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to support and enhance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury and Controlling.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance solutions across ECC, S/4HANA, CFIN.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Support global finance transformation programs, upgrades, and rollout initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP integrations with procurement, treasury, banking, tax, and finance operations.
• Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for finance apps.
• Contribute to testing, solution validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Finance to support and enhance enterprise finance solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance (CFIN) platforms. In this role, you will partner with Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable finance solutions, drive process improvements, support business-critical operations, and contribute to global finance transformation initiatives.

This position requires a blend of functional SAP FICO expertise, business analysis capabilities, production support experience, and a passion for enabling business value through technology.

You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering and supporting enterprise finance capabilities across a global organization. Working closely with Finance leaders, Application Management Services (AMS), Enterprise Architecture, and technology delivery teams, you will help drive finance transformation, standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a complex SAP ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to support and enhance business processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Treasury, and Controlling functions.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance environments to deliver business value and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, supportable, and standardized SAP Finance solutions.
• Support global finance transformation programs, system enhancements, upgrades, and rollout initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and enterprise applications supporting procurement, treasury, banking, tax, and financial operations.
• Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure stability and effectiveness of finance applications.
• Contribute to testing, solution validation, deployment activities, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA/Margin Analysis, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience gathering business requirements, performing functional analysis, configuring solutions, supporting testing activities, and providing production support.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated business processes and collaborating with technical teams across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Experience working within an IT service management environment supporting incidents, service requests, and operational support activities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience supporting or implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, Intercompany Elimination, and Embedded Analytics capabilities.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations.
• Experience with third-party finance applications such as BlackLine, Coupa, ONESOURCE, Kyriba, or GetPaid and related SAP integrations.
• Experience supporting global SAP rollouts, finance transformations, S/4HANA migrations, or complex multi-system landscapes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori finance applications, Clean Core principles, and SAP standardization practices.
• Experience working within an AMS support model and using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• SAP Finance or SAP S/4HANA-related certifications.
