Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an SAP Integration Consultant with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PO/PI, CPI within SAP Integration Suite, and EDI integrations. You will design, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support end-to-end SAP integrations with external systems and partners.

You will work across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud apps, and trading partners, handling mappings, adapters, and secure connectivity while ensuring SLAs and robust RCA documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO.
• Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration.
• Designing and developing end-to-end SAP interfaces.
• Good knowledge of EDI integration and B2B interfaces.
• Experience with IDoc, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, HTTP and AS2.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON and message mapping.
• Experience with interface monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and message reprocessing.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with third-party applications and external trading partners.
• AMS L2/L3 support and/or implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support integrations using SAP PI/PO and CPI.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud apps and external partners.
• Work with integration protocols like IDoc, RFC/BAPI, SOAP/REST, OData, SFTP/FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, AS2.
• Develop and support EDI interfaces for customers and suppliers.
• Support common EDI transaction scenarios (POs, invoices, ASNs, etc.).
• Perform message mapping, data transformation, routing, validation, and RCA.
• Develop and maintain iFlows in SAP CPI / Cloud Integration.
• Configure adapters, security credentials, endpoints, and connectivity.
• Monitor interfaces and address failed/delayed messages.
• Coordinate with SAP teams for migrations/integrations.

Role: SAP Integration Consultant – PO / CPI / EDI
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (PO/PI), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) within SAP Integration Suite, and EDI integrations.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting end‑to‑end integrations between SAP and external/non‑SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support integrations using SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud applications, third‑party applications, and external business partners.
• Work with integration technologies and protocols including:
  • IDoc
  • RFC/BAPI
  • SOAP/REST APIs
  • OData
  • SFTP/FTP
  • HTTP/HTTPS
  • AS2
  • XML/JSON
• Develop and support EDI interfaces for customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other trading partners.
• Support common EDI transaction scenarios such as purchase orders, order acknowledgements, invoices, advance shipping notices, and delivery‑related messages.
• Perform message mapping, data transformation, routing, validation, and exception handling.
• Develop and maintain iFlows in SAP CPI / Cloud Integration.
• Configure and support adapters, certificates, security credentials, endpoints, and connectivity.
• Monitor interfaces and proactively identify failed or delayed messages.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root‑cause analysis (RCA).
• Reprocess failed messages and coordinate with SAP functional, Basis, network, security, and external partner teams.
• Support PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / CPI migration initiatives.
• Analyze existing interfaces and recommend migration or modernization approaches.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare technical specifications, interface design documents, mapping documents, SOPs, and RCA documentation.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post‑production stabilization activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PI/PO.

• Experience designing and developing end‑to‑end SAP interfaces.
