Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India seeks an experienced SAP EAM Lead to drive design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM within S/4HANA. You will guide asset lifecycle processes and lead delivery of scalable maintenance solutions.

You will coordinate blueprinting, testing, and deployment, and configure PM, Work Management, Maintenance Planning, and related modules while ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in asset lifecycle processes for SAP EAM
• Experience with SAP EAM in S/4HANA environments and integration with surrounding modules
• Ability to lead blueprinting, design, testing cycles, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP EAM within SAP S/4HANA environments

1. Role Summary

The SAP EAM Lead is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in asset lifecycle processes, EAM functionalities in S/4HANA, integration with surrounding modules, and leading implementation teams to deliver scalable, efficient asset management solutions for the enterprise.

2. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead endtoend solution design for SAP EAM within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
• Drive blueprinting, functional design, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Design maintenance strategies including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
