Job summary

Coforge is seeking an SAP PM Consultant with 7-12 years of experience to lead and deliver SAP PM, S/4H Asset Management and ECC implementations. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities across Bangalore, Pune, Noida.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and global template rollouts, plus ability to create sales collateral and drive knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP PM(Plant Maintenance) including at least one S/4HANA Asset Management project.
• Implementation exposure to S/4HANA Asset Management and ECC would be advantageous.
• Experience with global template rollouts and multiple SAP PM projects.
• Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and blueprinting for SAP PM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprinting for SAP PM initiatives.
• Lead/execute training and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Create demos and sales collaterals to support implementations and rollouts.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities in rollout projects.
• Troubleshoot functional/process issues for customers and provide real solutions.
• Lead realisation activities including configuration and developments where required.
