Job summary

Anlage Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP CPI specialist with 10–14 years of experience to drive integration projects in a hybrid work setup. You will work with SAP SuccessFactors, CI middleware, and various adapters to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and delivering complex Iflows and integrations across environments. Strong groovy/xslt/JavaScript skills and experience with SFTP adapters are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of SAP integration experience.
• Deep SAP CPI and SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Experience with SOA and EAI concepts and SAP & non-SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams from inception to delivery.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, metrics, schedules, and resource plans.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership, direction and feedback to team members.
• Motivate and influence teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Convey project status to global leads and stakeholders.
• Present executive summaries and recommendations to Leadership.

Role -SAP CPI

Experience - 10 to 14Years

Location - Hyderabad

Work Mode - Hybrid

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in SAP CI Cloud Integrations, API management & Webservices with a strong background on SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience working with SAP, SuccessFactors, CI middleware or related products.
• Working Knowledge in Groovy, XSLT, Java Script, and Message mapping
• Integrating SAP HR and SuccessFactors with internal/external systems
• Working knowledge service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Working knowledge Enterprise application integration (EAI)
• Having a working knowledge in cockpit, different pallet functions, standard and custom Iflows and admin-related tasks is crucial.
• Should have knowledge to effectively manage and optimize connections between SAP & non-SAP systems

Extensive hands on experience on

• Compound Employee API

• BTP Cockpit and administrative activities
