Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies seeks an experienced SAP PI (Process Integration) Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless data and process integration.

The role focuses on building and configuring SAP PI/PO integration, A2A and B2B scenarios, mappings (Graphical/Java/XSLT), adapters, and monitoring to optimize performance and security.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO integration.
• Experience in developing and configuring integration scenarios for A2A and B2B processes.
• Strong knowledge of different communication protocols such as SOAP, REST, JMS, HTTPs, IDoc, RFC, and FTP.
• Expertise in message mappings (Graphical, Java, and XSLT) for transforming and routing data between systems.
• Experience with SAP PI adapters like JDBC, File/FTP, SOAP, REST, and others.
• Familiarity with Integration Directory and Enterprise Services Repository in SAP PI.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot integration processes using SAP PI monitoring tools.
• Experience with interface security and handling certificates for secure communication.
• Strong understanding of data structures (XML, XSD, IDoc, EDI) and how they are integrated in SAP PI.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.

• Ensure adherence to integration best practices, policies, and data security standards.
• Manage and optimize alerting mechanisms to detect issues in real-time and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist in PI system upgrades and support patch management.
• Provide post-go-live support, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of existing interfaces.
