Job summary

AGM Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP MM/P2P Functional Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA retail rollout. You will configure MM and L2V for P2P, run tests, and prepare specs while coordinating with ABAP developers across multiple store waves.

The role requires hands-on SAP MM configuration, greenfield S/4HANA Retail experience, and strong experience in retail procurement, store replenishment, and P2P-AP integration. Offshore work with UAE hour overlap is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SAP MM/P2P functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP MM configuration experience.
• At least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation.
• Retail procurement experience including store replenishment, purchasing and goods receipt.
• Experience with SIT, UAT and hypercare.
• Good understanding of P2P and AP integration.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and test scripts.
• Exposure to IS-Retail / EWM / Ariba.
• Willingness to work offshore with overlap to UAE business hours.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MM and Logistics Invoice Verification for P2P scenarios.
• Support Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Consignment and Returns processes.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Work with ABAP developers during build and testing.
• Prepare and execute Unit, SIT and UAT test scenarios.
• Investigate and resolve functional defects.
• Support integration with IS-Retail, EWM and Finance.
• Support P2P master data including vendor, purchasing info records, source lists and article procurement views.
• Support mock loads, data validation and cutover activities.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, EDI and supplier portal checks.
• Prepare configuration, testing and process documentation.
• Support training, go-live and post-go-live hypercare.
