Job summary

Talent Basket in Pune district is seeking SAP S/4HANA Retail P2P consultants to support a store rollout. The role involves P2P process configuration, functional design, testing, integration, procurement operations, go-live and hypercare support.

Senior candidates will lead P2P design, review specifications, oversee integration, manage risks and act as SME during the rollout. UAE business-hour overlap is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years SAP MM/P2P functional consulting experience.
• At least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation from design through go-live.
• Two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Strong experience in retail procurement, store replenishment, purchasing and goods receipt.
• Experience with multi-site SAP S/4HANA retail rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM/P2P processes.
• Work on purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice verification.
• Support consignment, returns, vendor reconciliation and accounts payable integration.
• Prepare and review functional specifications.
• Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, go-live and hypercare.
• Manage P2P master data and procurement cutover activities.
• Support integration with IS-Retail, EWM, Ariba and Finance.
• Support supplier onboarding, EDI and supplier portal activities.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, finance, store operations and technical teams.
• Senior: Lead P2P solution design, review specifications, oversee integration, manage risks and act as the P2P SME throughout the rollout.

Work Requirement:
