Job summary

Koch Companies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP OTC Analyst to design, configure and support Order-to-Cash solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with business stakeholders and global technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and transform initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP Order to Cash
• Experience designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC solutions
• Hands-on configuration experience in contracts, order management, pricing, billing, aATP, EDI and master data
• Experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and integration with external applications
• Experience analysing and troubleshooting SAP OTC-related issues
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and integrated applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Analyse complex business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with broader business strategies
• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, implementations and future technology initiatives
• Drive solution delivery across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post-production support
• Troubleshoot SAP OTC issues and support users with business-critical incidents and day-to-day requirements
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and solution documentation
• Perform unit and integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical and integration teams across a global delivery model
• Participate in the on-call support rotation and demonstrate ownership, proactive communication and continuous learning

We are seeking an SAP OTC Analyst to design, configure and support Order-to-Cash solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and global technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, resolve complex business challenges and support key enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Our Team

You will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organisation and work within the Order-to-Cash team. The team collaborates closely with business subject-matter experts and SAP functional and technical resources to support business operations, enhancements and strategic projects.

What You Will Do

• Design, configure and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and integrated applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP Order to Cash
• Experience designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC solutions
• Hands-on configuration experience in contracts, order management, pricing, billing, advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), EDI and master data
• Experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and integration with external applications
• Experience analysing and troubleshooting SAP OTC-related issues
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with ORTEC solutions
• Experience with SAP Vistex or rebate management
• SAP ABAP troubleshooting and debugging knowledge
• Experience in the consumer products or process manufacturing industry
