Job Title: SAP TM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in transportation processes and deep understanding of supply chain and logistics within SAP TM (both Basic and Advanced features). The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their business processes, and delivering effective SAP TM solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or contribute to the implementation and support of SAP TM (Transportation Management) modules.
Work with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, EWM, and GTS for integrated solutions.
Understand client logistics and supply chain requirements, and map them into SAP TM capabilities.
Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities including Order Management, Freight Planning, Freight Execution, Charge Management, and Settlement.
Handle End-to-End lifecycle of SAP TM implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post go-live support.
Perform system integration with ERP (SAP S/4HANA or ECC), external carriers, and third-party logistics systems.
Document functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with technical teams.
Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders.
Stay updated on new SAP TM releases and functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
6–8 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP TM (9.6 or S/4HANA embedded TM preferred).
Good understanding of Logistics Execution, Freight Management, Carrier Collaboration, and Tracking.
Experience with Freight Units, Freight Orders, Planning & Optimization, Transportation Cockpit, and Charge Calculation.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders, lead workshops, and deliver under minimal supervision.
