Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SAP implementation, development, and support activities for SAP Material Management and lead the team.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, create functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
• Make decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team management as needed for task execution.
• Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed, and evaluate performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong hands‑on experience configuring SAP Material Management.
• Integration with WM, QM, PP, SD modules and with external applications.
• Ability to create presentation/workshop material for blueprints and present to the client.
• Ability to create process flows (Microsoft Visio) and process definition documents (PDD) / business process procedure (BPP) for solutions.
• Deliver work products/packages conforming to client standards and requirements.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Have domain experience and knowledge of taxation components such as Vertex.
• Know ABAP debugging.
• Hold an SAP MM certification.
• Be familiar with integration modules such as WM, QM, PP, SD.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in engineering.
• Minimum two end‑to‑end implementation projects, plus experience in support, roll‑out, or upgrade projects.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of business processes such as consumables procurement, imports procurement, source determination, demand flow, STO, pricing procedure, output determination, batch management, sub‑contracting, serialization, consignment, invoice planning, data migration with LSMW/BDC, EDI, etc.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Ability to handle clients individually.
