Job summary

Capgemini in Mumbai seeks a seasoned SAP MM consultant to drive S/4HANA Public Cloud procurement and inventory management implementations. You will lead workshops, translate requirements, and support end-to-end procurement cycles in a collaborative, global environment.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, ensure clean core compliance, and contribute to scalable cloud solutions through strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP MM consulting experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Experience with SSCUIs, Expert Configuration, Fit-to-Standard, and SAP Activate.
• End-to-end procurement lifecycle management and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud procurement and inventory management solutions.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, and Source Determination.
• Manage Inventory Management processes such as Goods Rec eipts, Goods Issues, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory, Stock Valuation, and Inventory Adjustments.
• Execute project delivery activities including configuration, testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Partner processes while maintaining Clean Core compliance and SAP best practices.

• Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes, including sourcing, purchasing, stock management, and supplier collaboration.
• .Experience with SAP Public Cloud configuration using SSCUIs, Expert Configuration, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and SAP Activate framework.
• .Proven expertise in Business Partner Integration, Release Strategies, Approval Workflows, Batch Management, and end-to-end procurement lifecycle management.
• .Excellent stakeholder management, communication, testing, documentation, and user training skills with a focus on delivering standardized and scalable cloud solutions.
