Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a SAP - MM - Manager to lead SAP Procurement, Materials Management, and related client projects across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will manage teams, mentor staff, and ensure delivery excellence in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will plan, configure and deliver SAP MM, integrate with EWM and other modules, prepare design and process documents, and support migrations with Ariba integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years of SAP MM/Procurement experience.
• Proven leadership of SAP MM implementation projects and team mentoring.
• English language proficiency required for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Procurement modules to streamline purchasing and supplier management processes.
• Plan and execute SAP Materials Management activities, including purchasing and inventory management.
• Configure SAP MM and deliver work products aligned with client standards.
• Conduct AS-IS studies, gap analysis, and blueprinting for SAP MM projects.
• Integrate SAP MM with Extended Warehouse Management and other SAP modules.
• Create presentation decks and process flows for client workshops.
• Develop Process Definition Documents and Business Process Procedures for proposed solutions.
• Manage procure-to-pay functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects.
• Address module-specific functional conversion items such as vendor master harmonization and invoice consistency.
• Apply SAP MM and Ariba integration expertise to support business continuity during migrations.
• Driving fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis using S/4HANA tools.
• Utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
• Preparing test scripts and conducting testing post-MM upgrades.
• Regularly interacting with onsite teams and clients to provide status updates and maintain relationships.

As a SAP - MM - Manager, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management.
