Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP - MM - Senior Associate to implement and maintain the SAP Procurement module, optimizing purchasing, supplier and inventory management. You will lead Procure-to-Pay workstreams on SAP S/4HANA migrations and drive fit-gap analysis with Ariba integration, mentoring teammates as needed.

As a SAP - MM - Senior Associate, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver solutions that enhance business continuity and transformation during migration projects. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation and Development activities related to SAP Materials Management. You will handle Purchasing and Inventory Management, create presentation decks for Blueprint, and configure SAP-MM to meet client standards. Your role involves leading the Procure-to-Pay functional workstream for SAP S/4HANA projects, tackling module‑specific functional conversion items, and applying your hands‑on skills in SAP MM and Ariba integration. You will drive fit‑gap sessions and functional delta analysis, confirming business continuity and transformation during migration.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring the SAP Procurement module to streamline purchasing and supplier management processes
• Planning and executing SAP Materials Management (MM) activities, including purchasing and inventory management
• Integrating Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with MM to enhance supply chain operations
• Creating presentation decks and process flows using Microsoft Visio for client workshops and blueprint sessions
• Developing Process Definition Documents and Business Process Procedures to align with client standards
• Conducting AS-IS studies and gap analysis for SAP MM configurations, focusing on material master and inventory management
• Leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects, confirming smooth transitions from legacy systems
• Managing vendor master harmonization and open PO migration in alignment with SAP S/4HANA requirements
• Applying SAP Ariba integration and P2P process redesign to support business continuity during migrations
• Driving fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis using S/4HANA tools for process optimization
• Preparing test scripts and performing testing after MM upgrades to validate system functionality

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
