Job summary

GMG seeks an experienced SAP Senior Analyst for MM/S4HANA to drive end-to-end SAP SCM/MM implementations and optimize inventory and supply chain processes.

You will lead configurations, data migrations, reports, and integrations, work with cross-functional teams, stay current with SAP advancements, and support end-user training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in SAP MM/S4HANA.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementations.
• Experience in inventory management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in end-to-end SAP MM/S4HANA project lifecycles from requirements to go‑live.
• Configure SAP SCM/MM modules aligned with supply chain objectives.
• Lead data migration, integration, and reporting developments (RICEFW).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, finance, and IT.

Job description

As an SAP Senior Analyst_SAP MM, you will play a critical role in end-to-end implementation of SAP MM solutions to support effective inventory and supply chain management processes that will help organizations reimagine and transform with a positive impact on the business.

You will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop solutions and execute on short-term or long-term company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in end-to-end project implement lifecycles, from requirements gathering to testing and go-live support of Supply Chain Solutions.
• End-to-end configurations and implementation of SAP SCM /MM ensuring alignment with business objectives of Supply Chain Process.
• End-to-end configurations and implementation SAP Inventory Management
• End-to-end project of SAP Sourcing & e-Procurement configuration, implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the change management of Supply Chain solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Applying best practices to improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Conduct detailed testing, issue resolution, and user training for SCM Solutions.
• Manage full-cycle project activities, from initial planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support integrated inventory and supply processes.
• Stay current with SAP advancements and SCM Solutions and provide best-practice recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP SCM related Projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to maintain optimal system performance.
• Conduct training sessions and support end-users to maximize the use of SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Provide support for the procurement solution to the end user and suppliers for the access management.
• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP S4 Hana and third-party systems Solution to Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated applications
• Strong skills in coordinating with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, accounting, and IT to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Experience for S4HANA functionalities: EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM
• SAP S/4 HANA Solution in Industry like Manufacturing /CPG/Retail
• Develop and customize SAP reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA MM configuration and troubleshooting, advanced knowledge in Supply Chain Solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP MM, including debugging and performance tuning.
• SAP data migration tools, such as LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, and IDocs
• Strong skills in coordinating with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, accounting, and IT to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant post qualification experience.
• At least 3-4 end to end S/4 HANA implementations

The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.
