Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in India seeks an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to govern customer, vendor and business partner data, ensuring high data quality and seamless integration with SAP SD, MM and FI/CO modules.

You will act as the MDG SME for governance, process improvements, reporting impacts, and cross-functional collaborations across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Master data and functional experience.
• High level process expertise in SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Experience supporting global business processes and reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern SAP master data processes across Customer, Vendor, and Business Partner data while ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Act as the MDG and functional SME for data governance, process improvements, reporting impacts, and cross-functional integrations.
• Manage and govern Customer, Vendor and business partner master data; ensure data quality and governance.
• Lead impact assessments for master data and process changes.
• Support SAP projects, enhancements, testing, and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve data and process issues.
• Define SOPs, controls, and master data standards.
• SAP High level Integration Expertise related to SD, MM, and FI/CO processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and govern Customer, Vendor and business partner master data. Should have expertise on all finance master data elements
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to governance standards.
• Lead impact assessments for master data and process changes.
• Support SAP projects, enhancements, testing, and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve data and process issues.
• Define SOPs, controls, and master data standards.
• SAP High level Integration Expertise - The incumbent should have a good understanding of how master data plays a role on the below processes.
• SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) - Understand the order to cash processes with respect to all master data elements.
• SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay) - Support procurement and supply chain processes w.r.t master data
• SAP FI/CO (Record-to-Report) - Should have basic understanding of Finance Master Data. Understand the impacts of master data(Customer, Vendor, BP etc.,) on SAP FICO processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Master data and functional experience.
• High level process expertise in SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting global business processes and reporting environments.
