Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a senior SAP MDG specialist in India to lead technical MDG development, design MDG data models, and drive integration with SAP MDG components. You will debug complex scenarios, mentor peers, and coordinate MDG-related change requests and governance processes.

The role requires deep SAP MDG expertise, strong ABAP skills, and proven leadership in MDG project activities. Prior MDG implementation or upgrade experience is valued.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG Technical and ABAP development.
• Hands-on MDG Data Model and Governance Processes.
• Expertise with BRF+ and MDG Workflow/Change Request Management.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of SAP technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG Technical.
• Strong SAP ABAP development experience.
• Hands-on experience with MDG Data Model and Governance Processes.
• Strong knowledge of BRF+.
• Experience with MDG Workflow and Change Request Management.
• Experience with DRF (Data Replication Framework).
• Experience in SAP MDG integration and replication.
• Strong debugging and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in technical design and leading MDG development activities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA MDG experience.
• Experience with MDG-M, MDG-S, or MDG-F.
• Knowledge of Web Dynpro/Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with IDocs, OData, APIs, SOAP/SOA services.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP/integration technologies is an advantage.
• Experience in MDG implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
