Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced SAP MDG specialist to lead master data governance initiatives across SAP MDG domains such as Material Master, Customer Master, and Business Partner. The role demands strong governance, data modeling, and BRF+ usage, with collaborations across SAP environments.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in SAP MDG, experience with MDG UI/UX, and proficiency in data quality, workflows, and production support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with MDG.
• Strong hands-on SAP MDG experience.
• Understanding of MDG architecture and governance framework.
• Experience with MDG data models and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Change Request (CR) processes and workflows.
• Experience configuring MDG workflows, approvals, validations, and derivations.
• Good knowledge of BRF+ and its usage within SAP MDG.
• Experience working with MDG UI/UX and governance interfaces.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts and governance processes.
• Experience with one or more MDG domains such as Material Master, Customer Master, Supplier/Vendor Master, Business Partner.
• Good understanding of data quality, data validation, enrichment, and governance processes.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of SAP MDG integration with other SAP systems.
• Ability to prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for technical developments.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience in incident analysis and production support.
