Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Business Analyst to perform initial analysis and draft basic process documents to help the team understand client requirements and support early-stage work.

You will create dashboards and reports, conduct market research, draft workflow documents, and assist in logging requirements under senior guidance, contributing to RFP/RFI clarification and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis.
• SAP MDG experience is mandatory.
• Ability to create basic process documents and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports as per defined guidelines.
• Market research & benchmarking to identify alternative third-party products.
• Draft process notes and workflow documents using predefined formats and templates.
• Assist in updating requirement logs for clients under senior guidance.
• Support revenue growth by gathering clarifications on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.

• Documentation-"Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents by following predefined formats and templates.
• Assist in updating requirement logs maintained for clients, under the guidance of senior team members."
• Revenue Growth-Assist in gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.
