Forward in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager (SAP MM) to lead a critical SAP rollout in manufacturing. You will revisit existing processes, document BBP, and drive the To-be design, testing, and go-live.

The role requires 7-8 years in manufacturing operations with SAP implementation experience, preferably in the conductor or cable sector. You will work under the Finance Head during the project and later move to a leadership position overseeing plant operations and KPI delivery.

Competenze

• 7–8 years in manufacturing operations with SAP implementation exposure.
• Experience in conductor or cable industry preferred.
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

Position - SAP Project Manager- SAP MM

Reporting: During Project Phase- Finance Head

Post Project completion - Sub Plant Head

Location - Mumbai.

Experience in the conductor or cable industry is highly preferred.

The project will involve revisiting current processes and automating the same with a view to leverage SAP. The recruitment position will initially work exclusively in this project, understanding the business process and ensuring the same is well documented in the Business blueprint phase. The candidate will be fully responsible for his/her area for drafting the BBP, To-be process, unit & system integrated testing, and go-live. We are looking for a 1215-months time period to go-live. Post the go-live; the candidate will be absorbed in the respective function.

Post Project completion - Sub Plant Head

Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing professional with 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing operations and proven exposure to SAP implementation and digital transformation projects.

1. Manufacturing Expertise:

• Production planning
• Shop-floor management
• Inventory management
• Material flow
• Quality management
• Supply chain processes

2. SAP Implementation:

• Knowledge of SAP implementation projects
• Business process documentation, mapping and requirement gathering
• UAT, testing, data migration
• User training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Educational Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech / MBA

Technical Competencies: SAP Certified Application Associate / relevant certifications

Carrier Trajectory:

• Senior Manager position in Manufacturing with additional responsibilities such as:
• Managing larger manufacturing teams
• Leading SAP stabilization and enhancement projects
• Driving OEE, yield, productivity, and cost improvement
• Multi-functional coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance
• Operational leadership role responsible for:
