Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba integration specialist to join our team in leading ABAP/WRICEF-based integrations between ERP and SAP Ariba, including CIG developments. You will collaborate with architects, leads, and functional consultants to deliver timely, robust solutions.

The role requires strong data mapping capabilities, module customization for Procurement, Sourcing, and Contract Management, and a focus on secure, scalable integration pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP experience.
• 2-3 Greenfield implementation projects.
• 5-10 years' experience in SAP ARIBA integration with CIG.

Responsibilities

• Integration configuration between ERP and SAP Ariba applications.

• Data mapping, transformation, and validation for seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and ERP systems.

Job description

Integration Configuration: Responsible for integration configuration between ERP and various Ariba applications, including ABAP and middleware Ariba CIG developments.

Project Management: Liaise with Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Functional Consultants, and Technical peers to achieve project goals within expected timelines.

Technical Expertise: Experience in ALE IDOC, File interfaces, RFCs, User Exit or enhancement, BAPI, BADI, and Proxies. Design, development, testing, and support for ABAP-related WRICEF objects to meet business needs.

Data Mapping and Transformation: Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and enterprise systems.

Customization: Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, and Contract Management, to meet business requirements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise needed to support procurement processes.

Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data standards, and drive automation and resiliency improvements in integration pipelines.

Documentation: Document integration architecture and technical specifications, and ensure end-to-end testing, monitoring, and optimization of interfaces.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of procurement data models and ERP structures, experience with debugging issues across systems, and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and other middleware platforms is preferred.
