Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP FICO ARIBA Functional Subcontractor to design, configure, and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO) and SAP Ariba suites (Buying, Invoicing, Contracts, SLP, Supplier Risk, Guided Buying).

You will handle month-end close, compliance, and integration between SAP ECC/S4HANA and Ariba using CIG and middleware CPI/PI/PO, with 5–8 years SAP experience and 2+ years Ariba.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
• Strong knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P).
• Experience in SAP Ariba Network and supplier collaboration.

Area(s) of responsibility

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules.

• General Ledger (GL) :Accounts Payable (AP) :Accounts Receivable (AR) :Asset Accounting (AA) :Bank Accounting :Cost Center Accounting (CCA) :Profit Center Accounting (PCA) :Internal Orders :Product Costing
• Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Support financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit requirements.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.

• Configure and support SAP Ariba modules including: Buying & Invoicing : Sourcing ; Contracts Management : Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) : Supplier Risk : Guided Buying
• Work on integration between SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP Ariba using: CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) : Middleware platforms such as CPI/PI/PO

• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training materials.Handle production support incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality support.
• 5-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience in SAP Ariba Network and supplier collaboration.Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and solution design.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
