Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Kronos administrator to support our Workforce Management system in India. You will troubleshoot timekeeping, scheduling and payroll issues, configure user access, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT to ensure accurate data processing.

You will conduct audits, deliver end-user training, implement upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support for Kronos Workforce Management including troubleshooting and resolving timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll issues.
• Configure and maintain Kronos system settings, user accounts, and security roles.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure timely processing of attendance data.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver end-user training on Kronos functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in implementing system upgrades, patches, and new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support for integration with other HR and payroll systems.
