Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior SAP JVA specialist to lead end-to-end Joint Venture Accounting implementations and enhancements. You will analyze business requirements, design JVA solutions, and configure Venture Master, Equity Groups, and Partner Billing while ensuring tight integration with FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, conduct workshops, drive testing, and mentor junior consultants to deliver high-quality results within timelines.

Qualifications

• Nine plus years of SAP experience with JVA.
• Two to three full lifecycle SAP JVA implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes and partner settlements.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, and JVA integrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, finance and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead and mentor functional consultants while managing project deliverables and timelines.

Your Role

• Lead and mentor functional consultants while managing project deliverables and timelines.

Your Profile

• 9+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
• Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP JVA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes, partner settlements, cost allocations, and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, and JVA integration scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
