Job summary

Heptarc in Hyderabad is seeking a SAP ISU specialist for a contract role focused on billing, device management, and FICA with credit and collections.

You will perform utility exp test case preparation and execution, defect management, and reporting using QMetry and JIRA; API testing and integrations like Mulesoft are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ISU modules: Billing, Device Management and FICA, and related credit and collections processes.
• Knowledge of QMetry and JIRA for defect tracking and reporting.
• Nice to have: integrations (Mulesoft), API testing and Postman.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute SAP ISU related test cases and report defects.
• Collaborate with QA and functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Document test results and maintain traceability using QMetry/JIRA.
