Job summary

CashFlo is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Manager to lead enterprise-wide integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will drive architecture, APIs, and middleware solutions to support finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and customer workflows.

Collaborate with ERP consultants, product teams, and engineering to design scalable integrations, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery with quality and compliance standards. A strategic, hands-on leader is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP PI/PO.
• Experience integrating SAP with CRM systems, Banking/payment platforms, Procurement tools, HRMS systems, SaaS applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, IDoc, RFC, XML/JSON.
• Knowledge of cloud integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Basic working knowledge of Tally and accounting workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cross-system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage integrations between SAP and external/internal applications.
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build scalable API and middleware solutions for enterprise systems.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange across platforms.

• Drive multiple integration projects with timelines and quality adherence.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Manager to lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives across SAP and non-SAP systems. The role requires strong expertise in SAP integration architecture, middleware platforms, APIs, and business process automation.

You will work closely with business teams, ERP consultants, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to design scalable integrations that support finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and customer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage integrations between SAP and external/internal applications.

• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Build scalable API and middleware solutions for enterprise systems.

• Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange across platforms.

Middleware & API Management

• Work on integration platforms such as:

  • SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite

  • SAP PI/PO

  • MuleSoft

  • Dell Boomi

  • REST/SOAP APIs

• Define API standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) for seamless integration delivery.

• Manage external vendors and implementation partners when required.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Drive multiple integration projects simultaneously.

• Prepare technical solution documents and integration roadmaps.

• Ensure timely delivery with adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Support & Optimization

Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.

• Monitor interfaces and proactively improve system stability.

• Optimize integration architecture for scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture.

• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP PI/PO.

• Experience integrating SAP with:

  • CRM systems

  • Banking/payment platforms

  • Procurement tools

  • HRMS systems

  • SaaS applications

• Good understanding of:

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP services

  • IDoc

  • RFC

  • XML/JSON

• Knowledge of cloud integrations and event-driven architecture.

• Basic working knowledge of Tally and accounting workflows.

• Good understanding of private and public ERP systems, with the ability to integrate across diverse enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments.

• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or Treasury.

• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.

• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
