Job summary

VE3, Pune-based technology and business consultancy, is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to define strategy and governance for a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation. You will architect integrations across SAP and third-party apps, setting API standards and security, while guiding a team of consultants through design, testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Integration experience.
• Strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and SAP APIs.
• Experience with SAP Integration Center and middleware platforms.
• Proficient in SAP API Management, SAP BTP, IAS/IPS.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party and non-SAP applications.

Responsibilities

• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), OData/ SOAP APIs, SAP SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur and third-party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring and performance of integrations.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.

Role Overview

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, SAP Concur, and Microsoft technologies.
