Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a SAP ICM Workflow & Reporting Consultant (8-12 years) for a pan-India virtual role. You will provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Commissions, resolve issues, and ensure timely processing of commission cycles.

Must have SAP ICM with EA and Crystal Reports on HANA; you will troubleshoot plans, rules, classifiers, and payroll data, while performing data loads, root-cause analysis, and interface reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP ICM experience with EA and Crystal Reports on HANA.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Commissions (SAP ICM).
• Support and troubleshoot compensation plans, crediting, rules, classifiers, hierarchies and territories.
• Manage dispute workflows, including case investigation, approval routing, and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and validate inbound/outbound data loads, batch jobs, interfaces, and reconciliation activities.
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL, application logs and data to resolve incidents and data quality issues.

• Support and troubleshoot compensation plans, crediting, rules, classifiers, hierarchies, territories, quotas, commission calculations, and payout-related processes.
• Manage dispute workflows, including case investigation, approval routing, workflow configuration, notifications, and business user support.
• Execute, monitor, and validate inbound and outbound data loads, batch jobs, interfaces, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and processing accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL, application logs, and operational data to resolve incidents, data quality issues, and processing failures.
