Tata Consultancy Services invites experienced SAP HANA DBAs for a role located in Hyderabad. The position focuses on SAP HANA administration across multiple environments and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in IT, with strong skills in HANA, various databases, and SAP module ecosystems, and will participate in migrations, DR drills, and security implementation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience in SAP HANA administration.
• Experience in operating systems: SUSE Linux and Windows.
• Hands-on with SAP HANA, databases like SYBASE, MSSQL, MaxDB, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Install SAP environments: standalone, distributed, and cluster deployments.
• Migrate SAP HANA DB between virtual and physical environments.
• Conduct SAP HANA DR drills with backend DB and replication setup.
• Manage SAP HANA licenses, upgrades, users, backups, and recovery.
• Implement SAP HANA security and authorization concepts.

• Experiencing in working on various Operating systems like SUSE LINUX,Windows & databases like HANA,SYBASE, MSSQL,Max DB,ORACLE.
• Excellent skills in Basis administration, installing, configuring and supporting of SAP S4HANA,ECC6.0,PO/PI7.5,CRM,SRM,SCM,EP,NW7.5,GRC,IDM,JAVA,BOBJ,BODS,SOLMAN 7.2/7.1,Content server,Open text,Mobile Platform,SAP Router, SAP CAR,Cloud Connector.
• Installations include standalone, Distributed & Cluster environment.
• Migration of HANA DB from Virtual to Physical box & vice versa.
• Performed DR drill with HANA as backend DB. Building a HANA DR system and configuring replication.
• Managing SAP HANA License, Upgrading, Managing SAP HANA users, Backing up and recovering SAP HANA Database. Implementation of SAP HANA Security and Authorization concepts.
