Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Delhi is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant focused on Indian Payroll. The role requires hands-on payroll implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting across PA, OM, and Time Management, with strong stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will handle payroll activities end-to-end and ensure accurate payroll processing for the Indian payroll landscape, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support HR processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll implementation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll processes.
• Experience with PA, OM and Time Management.
• Experience with payroll integration and end-to-end payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities for multiple employees and projects.
• Provide production support, configuration, and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll modules.

• The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, statutory requirements, and payroll processes is required.
• Experience in payroll integration with other SAP modules and handling end-to-end payroll activities will be preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
