Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of hands‑on experience covering the full project lifecycle, including implementation, enhancement, support, blueprinting, and solution design. This role is based in the UK and requires exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project activities such as requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution architecture, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on enhancement and support activities, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and practical solutions that meet client needs.
• Document solution designs and present recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors project delivery.
• Strong expertise in implementation, enhancement, support, and blueprinting phases.
• Proven ability to design robust and scalable solutions tailored to diverse business environments.
